We thought it would be fun to have our own digital version of an advent calendar this holiday season leading all the way up to New Year's Eve.
Here's how it'll work: Each day, a portion of a photo will be posted. The photos will be taken from areas in Calgary's Centre City. If you need to check the parameters of the area, click here. The following day, we'll post the photo in its entirety, along with what it is and also its location - and then of course the new partial photo as well. We will focus primarily on art, architecture, monuments and interesting displays. It's meant to be a fun way to test your knowledge of the Centre City. And definitely make sure you post a comment if you think you can guess what the partial photos are of. The prize if you guess correctly? Well, the prize is the satisfaction of knowing you were right - and that you know our city really well!
Here's our first advent calendar photo post. Can you guess what it is?

Nice one, Vadim! You got it right. Was that a little too easy? We'll try to challenge you more in the next one.
