Centre City Advent Calendar Dec. 17

It's time for another Centre City Advent Calendar clue.  All month long (and we'll keep going until December 31st), we've been posting a portion of a photo taken from different areas in Calgary's Centre City (by the way, if you need to check the parameters, click here).  The following day, we post the photo in its entirety, along with what it is and also the location - and then of course the new partial photo as well.  Our focus is primarily on art, architecture, monuments and interesting displays.  Make sure you leave us a comment if you think you can guess what the partial photos are of.  The prize if you guess correctly?  Some well-deserved, albeit smug self-satisfaction, of course!

 Mike, you're correct - it is the windmill at Eau Clarie Market.  We're looking into finding some answers to your question about its current state and we'll hopefully post it on here for you later!
