Here's the full photo from yesterday's clue: Here's our clue for today and if you figure you know what it is, leave us a comment and thanks for playing! It's time for another Centre City Advent Calendar clue. All month long (and we'll keep going until December 31st), we've been posting a portion of a photo taken from different areas in Calgary's Centre City (by the way, if you need to check the parameters, click here). The following day, we post the photo in its entirety, along with what it is and also the location - and then of course the new partial photo as well. Our focus is primarily on art, architecture, monuments and interesting displays. Make sure you leave us a comment if you think you can guess what the partial photos are of. The prize if you guess correctly? Some well-deserved, albeit smug self-satisfaction, of course!
And Colin guessed correctly - it is indeed the new University of Calgary downtown campus. It's on the corner of 8th Street and 8th Avenue SW.

Yeah I really like that arcade. It's one of my favorite downtown blocks

The Bay downtown.
I believe the correct architectural term is arcade, for a series of arches forming a covered walkway.
