It's time for another of our Centre City Advent Calendar clues. This month, right through until December 31st, we are posting a portion of a photo taken from different areas in Calgary's Centre City. The following day, we will post the photo in its entirety, along with what it is and also the location - and then of course the new partial photo as well. Our focus is primarily on art, architecture, monuments and interesting displays. Make sure you leave us a comment if you think you can guess what the partial photos are of. No prize is being offered if you get it right but isn't it just nice to know you know your centre city art and architecture really well? I thought so....

Mike had it right (again!) - it's the Grain Exchange building at 8th Avenue and 1st SW. Did you know it was originally called the Hull Block? Here's a link to some more information about this beautiful old Centre City building.
